About SourYann

2020 was definitely a tough year for everyone, including myself. Although it was a year full of changes and uncertainties, I decided to take a leap of faith and start something I always wanted to do since I was a kid: BAKING!

Despite a rough start with COUNTLESS failures and frustrations, thanks to all my family and friends, I became more confident I was doing the right thing in pursuing my childhood dream. SourYann was finally born.

Sourdough and baguette are a staple, but I can also bake a wide range of products, from croissants, pain au chocolats, pains aux raisins, eclairs au chocolat, Galette des rois, madeleines, or cinamon rolls.

Our Breads

Our sourdough loaves are made with organic wholemeal flour and leavened with artisan wheat flour sourdough. It’s got the nutty and sourdough flavors and a chewy crust. which makes them the perfect partner for smoked salmon, avocado, or simply with creamy butter. 

 

We proud ourselves to bake only a few loaves at a time. Based in Hong Kong, we import and use only organic ingredients, which is what makes sourdough bread & pastries so unique and delicious.
