Keep at room temperature in an airtight container (or plastic bag) for up to 5 days from the baking day

To enjoy for longer, bread may be kept well wrapped, sliced, and FROZEN

Breads should NOT be refrigerated

To serve from frozen, allow loaves to thaw at room temp and then refresh in 350 F oven

Eclairs and Madeleines may be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days

Croissant, Pain au Chocolat, Pain au Raisins, Cinamon Rolls and Galettes can be reheated in an oven (NO microwave) for 2min at 15C
